While we strive to ensure timely delivery, circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather, traffic conditions, or other factors may cause delays. In this case, we encourage you to wait a few more days to receive your order and will notify you immediately via email if any issues arise.

We charge a standard shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States. This fee has been calculated to ensure that your product is delivered quickly and safely.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text message with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your package. To check on the delivery process, you can visit our tracking page. If you do not receive a tracking code, please check your order confirmation email or contact us.

6. Delivery issues

If you encounter a problem during the delivery process such as damage, loss, or theft, you should immediately contact the shipping company to report and request support. Although we are not directly responsible, we will assist you in contacting the shipping company to handle the problem. Please keep the receipt and invoice for easy complaint.
